The azurites here, up to 1.5 cm, are dramatically isolated on a flat matrix of malachite - this is old Moroccan material, not from the newer finds. 9.7 x 6.3 x 1.8 cm

A floater formed by a terminated group of Azurite crystals, with small concretions and parallel growth. Really good color and excellent luster. The specimen is from a recent find at this mine relatively near to Touissit, that hasn't produced significant samples in the last twenty years.

4.3 x 3.7 x 1.6 cm. A VERY FINE and UNCOMMON azurite rosette from Bou Bekker, Morocco. This is a beautiful, complete all-around and pristine, floater cluster of sharp, highly lustrous, royal-blue azurite crystals. The bit of malachite is a very nice accent to this fine specimen.
