Arendal Iron Mines, Arendal, Aust-Agder, Norway Black andradite from the Haugerei mine. The crystals appear in a vug in massive garnet with diopside and epidote. The largest complete crystal on the photo is 7mm. It seems as if the crystallized vug has been filledd with calcite, that has been naturally dissolved. |
