Stjernsund, Seiland Island, Alta, Finnmark, Norway This classic old specimen features a fine, translucent 1.7 cm zircon crystal of a deep color, on a matrix of biotite and hornblende. Seiland Island, Alta, Finnmark, Norway 6.4 x 4.0 x 3.5 cm. BIG and pretty, doubly terminated zircon crystal nicely set on matrix from Norway. This gemmy and lustrous, deep wine-red crystal has a rough contact, but it sure is a showy piece! |
