	Blueball Mine, Globe, Globe Hills, Globe Hills District, Globe-Miami District, Gila Co., Arizona, USA Well, all jokes aside, you can certainly see why they called this the Blue Ball Mine. This is an adorable geode of solid azurite, with tiny sparkling crystals in the middle, accented with pretty green malachite. These are VERY hard to get now This one came from Arizona collector/dealer Evan Jones. 2.7 x 2.4 x 1.1cm, 2.7 x 2.3 x 1.4cm

A little geode of solid azurite with a small pocket inside lined with sparkly, deep blue crystals. Old material, accompanied by an old Burminco label. Measurement given is 1/2 of geode.

	Castle Dome Mine (Castle Dome deposit; Pinto Valley deposit), Castle Dome area (Castle Dome Mine area; Pinto Valley Mine area), Inspiration, Miami-Inspiration District, Globe-Miami District, Gila Co., Arizona, USA 4.8 x 4.4 x 1.8 cm. Azurite from the well-known Castle Dome Mine at Miami is rare and is very rarely available. This fine and rich plate has lustrous, midnight-blue rosettes of bladed azurite with interesting accents of royal-blue. Material of this quality dates to the 1950s or earlier. Ex. Don Belsher and Tarnowski Collections.
