	Morogoro, Uluguru Mts (Uruguru Mts), Morogoro Region, Tanzania Specimen size is 5.0 x 3.3 x 1.8 cm. This epidote crystal is from an uncommon locality indeed. Tanzania is not known for it's epidote yet here is a quality example. It has an elongated chisel point termination and is dark brown in color, with a hint of green at thin edge.
