Gooderham, Haliburton Co., Ontario, Canada Large, chatoyant, green meionite crystal 15 mm long (singly-terminated) with minor brown matrix (quartz?). Collected in 1972. Ex. A. Stevenson collection #110. Overall size of mineral specimen: 27x25x17 mm. Size of individual crystals: 15 mm. |

Gooderham, Haliburton Co., Ontario, Canada Size: 2.8 x 2.1 x 1.2 cm. Via True North Min. Label says “Bear Lake Road”. (Two specimens, one label. I think both are from same loc. but not 100% sure.) Sept 2009: Updated using stacking (and less contrast!) A stereo pair replaces the old child photo. |
