Boulangerite tube 0.1 mm long on Quartz. Note the red bar in the hollow of the tube. Cause??? Are there gaps between the rings that comprise the tube and permit a diffraction of the incident light (reflecting along tube) with the red bar diffracted the least? Ty Balacko specimen and photo.
