Gem quality yellow fluorite and a galena crystal are featured in this picture. The entire specimen is 4 inches long. The fluorite crystals pictured here average 20x20mm and the galena crystal is approx. 5mm. This specimen was collected at Ontario Gem Company Mine. The photo was taken by Kathleen Marino.

Hidden Treasures Mine, Pearl Station, Thunder Bay District, Ontario, Canada

This is a large specimen of brilliant yellow fluorite with calcite and barite on quartz. This is the best fluorite ever found at the mine, according to the mine owner. The largest cube is 1.5 cm.
