Fluorite : CaF2

Okorusu Mine (Okarusu Mine), Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia

The pics say it all! The crystal atop is almost 3 inches and complete save for a contact in the back. Pristine on the front and sides. This is quite simply the BEST Okarusu I have ever seen...now in the Jeff Starr collection, I will happily say (Jeff is a good friend here in Dallas who took pics and helped me out over the summer). 7.9 x 5.9 x ...

Fluorite : CaF2

Okorusu Mine (Okarusu Mine), Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia

4.1 x .3.5 x 2.6 cm. Another specimen from the new find at the Okarusu. This specimen amply demonstrates the unusual variety of colors from this new find - this, the most rare of them, a golden yellow (with hints of purple).

Fluorite : CaF2

Okorusu Mine (Okarusu Mine), Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia

A spectacular large specimen, with HUGE and deeply colored, multiply-phantomed crystals to a whopping 5 cm (2 inches!). MUCH BETTER IN PERSON...when backlit, this piece GLOWS with colors subtly changing from green to blue throughout. It is one of the best from here that I have seen for sale and is representative of older material, as opposed to ...

Fluorite : CaF2

Okorusu Mine (Okarusu Mine), Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia

3.5 x 3 x 2.8 cm. Okorusu Fluorites are famous for their sharp, distinctive green, purple and clear zoning. What makes this piece exceptional for the location, and wonderful for any Fluorite, is the superb luster and fantastic gemminess that you rarely see from Okorusu. The largest cube is 1.3 cm. There is a little edge wear, but it in no way ...

Fluorite : CaF2

Okorusu Mine (Okarusu Mine), Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia

This is an extremely unusual and beautiful Okarusu fluorite, of good size, with BRIGHT GREEN color (a more intense green that even the photos show) and splendid glowing transparency. Under a decent light (such as the lighting in your average case) it glows like art glass! Hints of purple here and there show its Okarusu origins. The crystals have ...

6.2 x 5.4 x 5.1 cm. From the new finds at the Okarusu Mine, which have turned up colors never seen from there before! We put this one under good light to show off the absolutely unique colors here - bright golden yellow, with blushes of scarlet in the interior!

Okorusu Mine (Okarusu Mine), Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia

A spectacular large crystal, just HUGE and deeply colored, with multiply-phantomed crystals to a whopping 5 cm (2 inches!).
