This is a GIGANTIC Colorado garnet crystal, weighing in at an astounding 760 grams (1 pound, 10 ounces)! But what is really great about it is that despite its size, it is in glorious condition: super-sharp, with textbook form. Only a couple of the corners have contacts. Very minimal chipping is present, this visible in the photos. Overall in great shape and quite nice for this species/locality! Ex Don Belsher collection. |
