	Noyes Mountain Quarry (Harvard Quarry), Greenwood, Oxford Co., Maine, USA A 2.5 cm well-crystallized specimen without matrix from Harvard Quarry, ME. Nice deep red and good lusterous faces (although the picture may suggest otherwise). Self-collected icositetrahedron (24 lovely faces).

	Noyes Mountain Quarry (Harvard Quarry), Greenwood, Oxford Co., Maine, USA From a classic locale, this is a lovely example of purple apatite. The crystals are aesthetically nestled in a vug of colorless, sparkling quartz crystals, to 2 mm in length. The apatite crystals exhibit glassy luster along with a pastel lilac color. 	Noyes Mountain Quarry (Harvard Quarry), Greenwood, Oxford Co., Maine, USA Cluster of four terminated crystals of pale-purple fluorapatite ion matrix of vuggy quartz crystals. No damage. Mounted in acrylic Perky display box for protection. This specimen look much better in person that the photograph. Overall size of mineral specimen: 28x18x17 mm. Size of individual crystals: 2-3 mm.
