Ankiperatra No. 15, Ambatofinandrahana District, Ampandramaika-Malakialina Pegmatite Field, Amoron'i Mania Region, Fianarantsoa Province, Madagascar

Part of a large chunk of amblygonite showing typical crust of ocher-coloured "lithium crust". Size: guessimated, but not measured, at 16 x 8cm. Collected by Jean Behier in 1956, the piece is exhibited in the Musée National de la Geologie at Ampandrianomby in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Specimen # 21097.
