Florencite, Magnesite : MgCO3

Serra das Éguas, Brumado (Bom Jesus dos Meiras), Bahia, Northeast Region, Brazil

Frankly, I think this specimen is worth it just for the huge, sharp, complete magnesite ! But, to me the really interesting feature is the unusually large and fat 6mm florencite. This is an extremely rare species for the locality, and one of the largest such crystals I have seen 6.6 x 6.5 x 4.4 cm
