Dundas mineral field, Zeehan district, Tasmania, Australia Small cluster of parallel yellowish chrome-rich cerussite crystals up to 5 mm. Upon close observation sixling twins can be easily seen. Ex. Dundas mineral field, Zeehan district, Tasmania, Australia A chunk of limonite matrix is well covered with discrete crystal groups of pale lime green to yellow crystals of chrome cerussite. Individual crystal terminations are to 5mm. A few of the upper surfaces have minor damage or attached matrix/contact from the opposite wall of the pocket.Genuinely an excellent specimen of this much discussed varietal ... |
