Clinomimetite : Pb5[Cl|(AsO4)3]

Johanngeorgenstadt, Johanngeorgenstadt District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany

A SHARP and very stereotypical, textbook crystal from this famous and incredibly important mine! these were found in the late 1700s, to my understanding, and not again. they are true treasures of historical mineralogy today and seldom seen on the market in any quality, let alone as such a nice thumbnail example! 1.1 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm
