A large cluster of colemanite blades that reach about 1.5 cm. The crystals are smokier than the pictures imply. One of the larger southern California colemanites I have seen for awhile. With the Boron Open Pit all but closed to collectors, material like this will only become scarcer.

Specimen size = 11.5 x 7.2 x 4.4 cm (4.5 x 2.8 x 1.7 inches)
