Doubly-terminated crystal of sapphire corundum with classic 6-sided crystal form tapering towards both terminations. Fully crystallized on all faces with no point of attachment (a floater). No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 20x10x8 mm. Size of individual crystals: 20 mm.

A lustrous transparent to translucent pale yellow Corundum crystal; six sided, elongate and tapered on both ends, measuring 4.5cm in length with a vitreous lustre, striations and a twinned crystal. A great example of a yellow Sapphire!
