Corundum (Var: Sapphire) : Al₂O₃
	Ratnapura, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka Doubly-terminated crystal of sapphire corundum with classic 6-sided crystal form tapering towards both terminations. Fully crystallized on all faces with no point of attachment (a floater). No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 20x10x8 mm. Size of individual crystals: 20 mm.
