Painesdale, Houghton Co., Michigan, USA Rounded nodule of algodonite with concave area in the center that shows crude crystals. One crystal is 5 mm long, quite large for the locality. The outer surfaces are worn (glacial action?) Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x6x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1-5 mm. |
