This is from a "hornfelsized shale xenolith" near a sill contact. See the Mineralogical Record article "Mineralogy of the Saint-Amable Sill, Varennes and Saint-Amable Québec" by L. Horváth, E. Pfenninger-Horváth, R.A. Gault and P.Tarassoff (March-April 1998).
I never found any of this myself.
