Field of view about 3 inches. From the personal collection of Pat Haynes who discovered bobjonesite. This blue three-watered vanadium sulfate is stable only in a very dry atmosphere and hydrates very quickly when exposed to air. For this reason it's confined in this picture to a plastic container.
