A superb, sharp, 8 mm, tetrahexahedral copper crystal with excellent patina, protruding from a well-crystallized mass of copper crystals from the famous New Cornelia Mine of Arizona. This very aesthetic floater is superbly crystallized with modified dodecahedrons, to 2.0 cm across, just a really elegant example of Ajo copper. It was once in the collection of the late Gerald Herfurth and later in Les Presmyk’s possession. I particularly like the free form way the specimen sits up. 6.4 x 4.7 x 4.6 cm

Arborescent growth of crystals very much better defined than usual in this kind of sample, perfectly conserved. On the back of the Schneider's label that is with the specimen is written the year 1969.

4.6 x 3.1 x 0.6 cm. This is a superb miniature of Copper from the Ajo mine. The specimen features a pronounced, razor sharp, octahedron jutting out of a crystallized group of flattened "Spinel-Law" twins and octahedral Copper crystals. 2.1 x 1.7 x 1.5 cm. A superb floater copper crystal cluster thumbnail from Ajo, Arizona. The super-sharp, tetrahexahedral crystals have a beautiful, bright copper patina and the large, central crystal measures 8 mm. Ex. Irv Brown Collection.
