Quincy Mine, Hancock, Houghton Co., Michigan, USA Hollow formation 3.5 cm long of native copper in in calcite, quartz, prehnite matrix with tarnished blebs of native silver up to 1 cm. Most remarkable is this appears it could be a native copper pseudomorph after a scalenohedral calcite crystal. Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x4x3 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1-10 mm. |
