In den Dellen quarries, Niedermendig, Mendig, Laach lake volcanic complex, Eifel Mts, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany Tabular and in direction of [001] elongated crystal on Sanidine, the La content from this Allanite is not determined, but habit and combination of faces are very similar to those that have been described, the crystal is about 1mm wide, photo Stephan Wolfsried, collection C.&H. Ilmen Natural Reserve, Ilmen Mts, Chelyabinsk Oblast', Southern Urals, Urals Region, Russia Grain of black allanite-(La) in albite agregate. La:Ce ratio in it is 1.12 and REE2O3 content 24.78 wt.%. Mochalin Log (Motchaline-log), Kyshtym (Kychtym; Kishtim), Chelyabinsk Oblast', Southern Urals, Urals Region, Russia Black, nearly indistinguishable allanite-(La) grains, 1 to 3 mm, in brownish bastnäsite-(La), microprobed confirmed.
