A ~5cm specimen with greenish Dickinsonite. From the collection of the Philidelphia Academy of Natural Sciences #19062. Now #2383 in my own collection. The specimen retains a dealer label from L. Stadtmuller of New Haven CT. According to Minrec, he was active from roughly 1870 through 1890, dating this piece to the late 1800's. The Philly ...

Dickinsonite-(KMnNa) crystals showing sub-parrallel growth of dark olive-green terminated platy angular crystals as well as typical lamellar growth. Minor acicular apatite-(CaF). FOV = 3 mm.
