Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada The group is 1.5 cm top to bottom. I thank Jean-Pierre Beckerich. Visually confirmed by a mineralogist. If this specimen were from a trap rock quarry it would be a runt - perhaps to be discarded. For MSH this is an absolute giant. |
