	Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada EPIDIDYMITE. Vasco Trancoso collection. SIZE: 3.2x2.4x1.0 cm. An astounding epididymite crystal that is wider than it is tall. It is composed of reticulated crystals to form a larger twinned crystal. The crystal is fairly gemmy to translucent towards the center. There is a little microcline attached to the front.Amazing for this rare mineral. ...

	Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada FOV 5.4 x 4.2 mm. Self collected by Modris B. Sept 2000. This is from an "ofshoot" vein of the Poudrette pegmatite. This particular vein also contained eudidymite and gaidonnayite among others. Nicely frosted. This is a single focus film shot.
