This specimen is very similar to the one pictured in the 2000 Lapis and Rivista articles on MSH by Horvath et al. August 2009: New parent photo and stereo child photos using macro with stacking. 	Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada FOV 3.1 x 1.8 mm. Modris B. coll. This is a fairly typical eudidymite "fan" from a pegmatite. There are a few small dark green aegirine xls in the lower right corner. The child photo is a stereo view of a portion of this group.

	Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada The specimen is about 2.2 x 1.3 x 0.6 cm. Found October 1996. The eudidymite xls are reminescent of Mt. Malosa (Malawi) but they are both somewhat crudely terminated. The "back" of the specimen is mostly reticulated epididymite. These xl have a beautiful "mother of pearl" luster which I managed to capture on the lhs. But this is a single focus film shot with depth of field problems.
