Veinlet with brown friedelite, white to pink rhodochrosite and some black pennantite in pinkish-grey rhodochrosite. Brown friedelite in rhodochrosite matrix to the right of the veinlet. Friedelite. Vasco Trancoso collection and photo. Size: 1.8 x 1.5 x 1.1 cm.
An extremely rare locality example of this species but more importantly, just very good friedelite with relatively well formed orange crystals by ANY standard, from any locality, with xls to 2mm and a great coverage area on manganese gossan.
