Musonoi Mine, Kolwezi, Western area, Katanga Copper Crescent, Katanga (Shaba), Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaïre) Crystalized Gold on Torbernite from Musonoï, a very unusual combination. Uranium minerals and Gold are often associated in Katanga but this is unique. The Gold sits on the Torbernite crystals. Image width, 40 mm !
