Crystalized Gold on Torbernite from Musonoï, a very unusual combination.
Uranium minerals and Gold are often associated in Katanga but this is unique. The Gold sits on the Torbernite crystals. Image width, 40 mm !
I obtained this piece from Gilbert Gauthier during the Munich show in 1985.

Gold mass of tiny crystals in the form of a bunny.
The gold is incrustated in massive Vandenbrandeite.
Specimens of this size are uncommon.
Ex J.M. Pendeville and Gilbert Gauthier specimen.
