Emilie Mine (Bülten-Adenstedt Mine), Peine, Lower Saxony, Germany 11.1 x 5.6 x 5.4 cm. This is an outstanding specimen of crystallized groutite in huge crystals and in a rich quantity, as well. The cluster of crystals measures 3.5 x 3 cm and fills half of a hollow vug inside this manganese nodule (part remains packed with hardened kaolin clay).
