This stunning Amethyst on matrix specimen is from the small find made several years ago, and it appears no more will be coming from this location, as I have not seen any new pieces offered for sale for some time now.
Specimen size = 3 x 4 x 3 cm.
Crystal size = 2 x 1.4 x 1 cm.

This Amethyst crystal is from the new find made in the spring of 2006. It has a great luster and also features a fluid inclusion with a movable gas bubble in the termination.

7.1 x 6.9 x 3.2 cm. Another rare specimen from Argentina out of the collection of Dave Stoudt, this one not acquired on his visit there, but from a Spanish dealer. It features two perfect purple-topped sceptres, 3 cm in length, surrounded by colorless quartz crystals.
