Aris Quarries (Ariskop Quarry; Railway Quarry), Aris, Windhoek, Windhoek District, Khomas Region, Namibia White blades of kanemite (up to 1.5 mm on the edge) with small colourless xls of natrolite, both confirmed with help of PXRD. The crystal come from a druse of phonolite. Brownish-yellow masses, not examined yet, could possibly be the Fe-analogue of zakharovite. Black xl in the middle could be aegirine. |
