Here is a nice sample of Katophorite with weathered Pink Calcite & some Yellow Apatite. The sample is 6.1 cm long by 3.9 cm wide, and 4 cm tall. The sample was found in Bear Lake Diggings, Ontario. The Yellow Apatite is on the other side of the sample, on the underside of it, see image 158176 . From M. Adamowicz collection.

Here is a large mass of black Katophorite with green Apatite crystals from Bear Lake Diggings. The mass is 10.5 cm long, 7.9 cm wide, and 5.3 cm tall. The large Katophorite crystal in the middle is 3.1 cm long. From M. Adamowicz collection.

Here is a single crystal of black Katophorite, from the Bear Lake Diggings area in Ontario. The crystal had broken of from a larger sample when it was being chipped of a boulder of calcite & other Katophorite. The sample is 2.1 cm long, by 1 cm wide, and 1.4 cm wide. From M. Adamowicz collection.

Here is a large single crystal of black Katophorite with a small green Apatite crystal. This crystal is from Bear Lake diggings and is 6x6 cm, and 3.1 cm all. This is a rare large specimen from this locality. It was positively identified by a geologist at the Bancroft Rockhound Gamboreen. From M. Adamowicz collection.
