Emilie Mine (Bülten-Adenstedt Mine), Peine, Lower Saxony, Germany

Excellent specimen with salmon pinkish kutnohorite and attached metallic lustrous pyrite with a part of a limonite ore boulder as it was typical for this locality. From the Bülten-Adenstedt mine, a "predecessor" of the Emilie mine. Found at Kaiser-Wilhem shaft II in the early 1960s by the late Paul Hanses, Meggen (GER). Height of specimen 3.7 cm. ...
