This is a rare and very interesting example of the Manganese rich variety of Diaspore , with large bladed crystals of this unusual color for the species. The piece is very rich, and a lot of the smaller crystals are terminated though many of the larger, outer crystals are contacted or incomplete. 6.9 x 5.7 x 4.9 cm

4.3 x 3.3 x 2 cm. An exceptional specimen of the rare Manganese-rich variety of Diaspore, with large finely-bladed crystals to 2.6 cm. The piece is very rich, and the blades sit beautifully on matrix, exhibiting excellent pearly luster and a fine rose color. Ex. Charlie Key stock.

6.4 x 4.1 x 3.2 cm. Mangan-diaspore is the manganese-rich variety of diaspore and is rare worldwide. This fine old-time specimen is essentially solid mangan-diaspore in the form of highly lustrous, glassy, rose-red lathes. The lathes reach 2.8 cm on this excellent and very rich piece. Ex.
