Alt-Herrensegen Mine, Seebach, Schapbach, Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Schapbackite, which from this, the namesake locality of the mineral, is actually a mixture of galena and matildite. True schapbackite has not been found here, but elsewhere in the Black Forest region. Masses of schapbackite in calcite. S151-27 0.5 cm field of view. Excalibur Mineral Company specimen. |
