Khodzhaachkan Massif, Sokh Valley, Alai (Alay) Range, Osh Oblast, Kyrgyzstan

Rich aggregates of fibrous bright-pink miserite in pegmatite of quartz-syenites. Associating minerals are black aegirine, white feldspars, minor quartz and minute plates of pearly baratovite (with bluish UV fluorescence). Specimen size is 4.5x4x2 cm. Collected by Vladimir A.
