These tiny xls are from veins in hornfels in the vicinity of the Poudrette pegmatite. These xls show very unusual selective coloration of the faces. The child photo is stereo.

	Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada FOV 1.6 x 1.1 mm. Modris B. coll (ex JPB). This small purplish xl is somewhat unusual in that none of the corners are "hoppered". The clear, flat terminated prisms are elpidite. This is from veins in hornfels near the Poudrette pegmatite.
