Apatite

Conselheiro Pena, Doce valley, Minas Gerais, Southeast Region, Brazil

3.2 x 3.1 x 2.8 cm. A complete-all-around, pristine, incredible geometric cluster of sharp apatites perched upon a slender stalk of albite matrix. The lustre is incredible, like glass. The color is a dark, subtle green. Ex. Helmut Bruckner Collection.
