Jáchymov (St Joachimsthal), Ostrov, Krušné Hory Mts (Erzgebirge), Karlovy Vary Region, Bohemia (Böhmen; Boehmen), Czech Republic This is an exceedingly rich specimen with good pedigree, containing about the most Argentopyrite you will ever see on one specimen. Argentopyrite is a rare silver species. What is particularly nice about this piece is that the crystallization is so rich it makes for a readily visible cluster of "knobs" so you don't have to look for the usual ... |

Shaft 366, Alberoda, Schlema-Hartenstein District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany Large Argentopyrite xls to a few mm with Proustite and Fluorite on Barite.
