Rose of Denmark Co., California Gully, Victoria, Australia Slabbed portion of dirty sandstone containing large arsenopyrite laths collected from the mine dumps. Quartz pressure shadows have developed in areas of low strain around the arsenopyrite during subsequent deformation. Pale carbonate spots have also developed in the rock. Field of view 4.5cm. |
