Canadian Keeley Mine (Frontier Mine), South Lorrain Township, Cobalt-Gowganda region, Timiskaming District, Ontario, Canada

3.2 x 2.2 x 1.6 cm. A fine proustite specimen from Ontario's Canadian Keeley Mine. These proustite crystals range up to .5 cm in size. The luster is fabulous, and the blood red color just radiates out with just a little direct lighting. Ex. Charlie Key.

11 x 6.5 x 6.5 cm. Proustite is exceptionally rare for Canada, and for this district in particular. Here is a large piece riddled with prousite xls. The ...

This is a MINIATURE-SIZED, gemmy, CHERRY-RED crystal of proustite that is normally so far beyond my price range and those of most mere rock-collecting mortals that even I wouldnt normally consider buying one on the open market. This one, however, came directly from an old collection and thus can be offered reasonably. The crystal has METALLIC ...

Proustite : Ag3AsS3

Chañarcillo, Copiapó Province, Atacama Region, Chile

This is a SHARP specimen with metallic, cherry-red, gemmy crystals to 1 cm. These are considered by most folks to have been the finest proustites for their species, and came out in the late 1800s. Seldom do you see ANYTHING at all on the market today, by way of Chanarcillo proustite. And this, for a miniature, is nicely displayable and at a fair ...

Proustite : Ag3AsS3, Calcite : CaCO3

This exceptionally gemmy piece , with association of calcite, is from the famus finds of the late 1800s and such are very rare! it is a colorful and showy speciment hat is affordable and doesnt break the bank, given that it has some admitted damage between the major crystals and has been priced down accordingly.
