SEM image. Bright in BSE inclusions of rontgenite-(Ce) in fluorapatite crystal from heavy concentrates of rare metal ore. It is well visible, that apatite continued growth some time after rontgenite formation. Apparently this is the first occurrence of rontgenite in Russia. Andrey V. Mokhov photo. Pavel M.
