Mt Washington mine, Comox District, Vancouver Island, Nanaimo Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada

4.6 x 3.0 x 2.9 cm. A fine specimen of bubbly, botryoidal, grayish-brown, massive native arsenic covered with lustrous, bronze-colored, rhombohedral, native arsenic microcrystals from an uncommon for the species Canadian locale - the Mt. Washington Mine, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. This mine was active from 1964-67. Weighs 59 grams.

This specimen is actually fairly well-crystallized for what it is, which is a solid chunk of native arsenic! Ex. Gene Meieran elements collection. It weighs about 140 grams and again, you just do not usually see arsenic in such large, chunky crystals. 5.1 x 4.5 x 2.6 cm
