Talmessi Mine (Talmesi Mine; Telmessi Mine; Telmesi Mine), Anarak District, Esfahan Province (Isfahan Province; Aspadana Province), Iran

The Nickel bearing Talmessite from the type location of this mineral in Talmessi Copper-Nickel mine in Anarak area, Central IRAN. The only known variety of talmessite which show intense green flourescency under SW ultraviolet light. It may be due to presence of a few ppm Ni in its formula as activator. Width of the photo is 9mm.
