Blue Pearl (Saga Pearl) quarry, Tvedalen, Larvik, Vestfold, Norway

Gray, massive tvedalite covered by light brown chiavennite on analcime crystals. Field of view about 4 mm. The specimen was collected by Alf Olav Larsen, and it is now in the micromount collection of OT. Ljostad.

Grey, massive tvedalite covered by orange chiavennite on grey analcime crystals. Field of view abour 4 mm. The specimen was collected by Alf Olav Larsen, and it is now in the micromount collection of OT. Ljostad.

A rich specimen with caracteristic, grey balls of tvedalite in analcime. The balls was originally covered by orange chiavennite crystals like the tvedalite-ball to the right of the photo.
