Touissit, Touissit District, Oujda-Angad Province, Oriental Region, Morocco 4.0 x 2.4 x 0.9 cm. A classic, sharp and lustrous, spear-point cluster of tabular, parallel-growth, midnight-blue azurite crystals from the 1970s finds at the mines at Touissit, Morocco. This stunning, two-sided specimen has the very desirable "electric blue" highlights, for which Touissit is well-known. Ex. Dr. Gary Hansen Collection. |
