Kelly Mine, Magdalena District, Socorro Co., New Mexico, USA 4.2 x 2.7 x 2.2 cm. This is from the Kelly Mine, in New Mexico, home to smithsonite and aurichalcite. I have seen but a very few azurite specimens from here. I tend to trust Harold, too, as he lived and collected in the Southwest for over 30 years.
