This is a pseudomorph - likely after petersenite-(Ce). Only XRD was done but at MSH Ce dominates in all bastnäsite “group” minerals. Some areas of the “xls” look gemmy but apparently there is no relict material to prove that it was petersenite-(Ce) (rather than some other burbankite family ...
