Jáchymov (St Joachimsthal), Ostrov, Krušné Hory Mts (Erzgebirge), Karlovy Vary Region, Bohemia (Böhmen; Boehmen), Czech Republic Nearly impossible to distinguish visibly, tannish-yellow jachymovite with bright yellow uranopilite, as scaly coatings on matrix.
